ABOUT THE COURSE

JMB is a pioneer in introducing Drawing & painting course in Pilibhit region at both graduate & post graduate level. Bachelor of Arts in Drawing & painting contains advanced training in art, Creative designs, Portraits, classical art, modern Art, still life etc. Drawing is based on imaginary and classical art. The main focus of the subject is on practical applications of the acquired knowledge.

WHY DRAWING & PAINTING

After the completion of the degree, there are various options in drawing & painting. In the course curriculum, the students are taught about the color theory and history of arts and culture of painting. There are various types of painting media like oil, pastel, acrylic, water-color, ink, hot wax, fresco, gouache, enamel spray paint, tempera and water miscible oil paint. There are six styles of painting as western, eastern, Indian, Islamic and African. The students can pursue career in the field of professional painting, designing and sketching.
