JMB Institute has best & well development Science Department in the region. Under science Department, We are running B.Sc. (ZBC) course which is unique & distinctive. Biology has never-ending possibilities, We at JMB provides the students a broad overview & application of Biology such as Animal & Plant Diversity, Bioscience, Evolution & Cell biology etc.
JMB provide excellent learning conditions with individual attention to all students. Internal & the visiting faculty experts provide inspiring, stimulating & educative sessions to the students. We believe in overall growth & intellectual development of students. We emphasize on Practical & Applied Education to students.
We provide planned teaching as per Lecture Plans prepared by the department as per syllabus of M.J.P. Rohilkhand University. Regular Assignments, Tests as per Lecture Plans & Schedule, Regular Industrial & Educational Visits are the part of our innovative learning.
Besides Lab Facilities, we have developed Botanical Garden, Medicinal & Aromatic Plant resource centre in our campus, under which we are cultivating more than 250 plant species resulting Academic, Research & Development of students & providing practical and applied knowledge.

WHY THIS COURSE
After completing B.Sc. in Zoology, Botany, Chemistry the students have many field for bright career. They can do many interdisciplinary post graduate courses like M.Sc. (Zoology/Botany/Chemistry), M.Sc. (Medical Technology), M.Sc. (Medical Biotechnology), M.Sc. (Biotechnology), M.Sc. (Biochemistry), M.Sc. (Microbiology) M.Sc. (Molecular Biology), M.Sc. (Biomedical Technology/Engineering). A student who done B.Sc. (Zoology, Botany & Chemistry) can do also be B.Ed./B.T.C., which will make them teaching opportunities in schools/colleges. After Postgraduate degree, the students can do preparation of NET/JRF which will make the student Lectureship. The another advanced branches of Science are Plant Physiology, Environmental Science, Plant Anatomy, Microbiology etc.
After Graduation the students can go in marketing sector as Medical Representative. They can enter in the field of Management with MBA degree.
ELIGIBILITY
10+2 Science with Biology. Aggregate 45% marks (40% for SC and ST).
ADMISSION PROCESS
Direct admission will be done at the college based on Personal Interview and merit of the student at 10+2 level or as per the guidelines set by the MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly.
